How do I pay the monthly payments?
Monthly Direct Debit Payment
We know our customers time is important and therefore we make payments easy via GoCardless Platform.
A monthly direct debit is setup to ensure payments are effort less.
Customers will receive a monthly email confirmation when payment is upcoming and also once the payment has been taken.
Direct debit payments can be cancelled at any time.
If I need a change to my website, what do I do?
Ad-Hoc Changes within 48 hours
If you have chosen our Advanced of Professional website packages, this includes effort for website changes and updates.
We provide a straight forward way of submitting these changes via our google form. The form captures all information required and will be submitted for us to action.
We aim for all changes to be completed within 48 hours for submission.
My website is hosted elsewhere, can you help me transfer it?
Free Transfer!
We understand that migration of hosting environments can be difficult. However, we take away this pain, by offering a free transfer of your website from your current provider to our hosting environment.
Before migration, we will agree a convenient date / time with yourself to migrate the website. (Usually late night or during a weekend)
Once migration is complete, we will send you a confirmation that everything was successful.
Can I purchase the standard hosting package & request ad-hoc changes?
Changes? No problem
Yes. Unfortunately, our standard hosting package does not include any engineering time to make changes / updates to your website. However, you can request for Ad-Hoc changes via email and we will review and share a quote for this work accordingly.
