First things first, before any commitment, schedule a free 1hour consultation call with us to understand your requirements and explain how we can help. You will receive a consultation summary & free quote after the meeting to review and provide any feedback.
Feedback & Planning
Once we have reviewed any feedback from our proposal, we will get to work and begin planning your website build. As part of this, you will be invited to a dashboard displaying all of the key tasks to deliver your website, including what we need from you, helping to make the whole process as clear and straightforward as possible.
Mockup & Initial Design
Next we will begin working on your website design and plan to share an initial mockup design. We begin with the website structure, then build on the colour scheme, layout and details. Throughout this whole process, you will receive regular updates.
Design Review & Changes
Now we have shared the initial designs, we welcome your feedback and offer unlimited design changes until you are happy with your website. Once approved, we will move onto the build phase.
Website Build
Now we have the approved design, we will now build your website. This is when it really gets real! You will be able to access your site at any time via a temporary domain & watch it come to life in real time!
Go Live
Design is approved. Build is complete. All functionality has been checked and we are now ready to go live. The date will be agreed with yourself beforehand & you will be keep informed throughout process.

What happens after your website is live?
Once your website is live, the journey has just begun! We always recommend to continue hosting your website with us and therefore we like to make continuous improvements and tweaks to ensure you are seeing maximum value. In addition, we incorporate all customer changes within our hosting packages therefore do not worry about additional charges for multiple website changes!
We understand our customer’s are busy and time can move quickly, but its important to take a pause and review your current website, whats working vs not working and make the required changes. To do this, we would schedule a quarterly website review (either face to face or via zoom) and discuss your requirements for the next 3 months.
Times change, and so does design, we appreciate that your branding will need updating and your website also. Therefore, we will discuss this during your quarterly review. Usually a website is refreshed every two years however every website is specific.
